Dynamic Mixer for High Viscous Fluids

混合在聚合物加工过程中起着重要的甚至是决定性的作用,国内外都非常注重适用于高粘流体混合装置的研究。我院近几年来开展了此方面的研究工作,特别是国内首次研制的球窝型动态混合器,对高粘流体具有剪切、分流、剥离配位、挤压捏合等综合作用。这是一种结构独特、混合质量好、能耗低的新型高效动态混合器,适用于塑料、橡胶、化纤生产的混合加工。

Mixing plays an important or even decisive role in polymer processing.Great attention at home and abroad is being paid to the research of mixiing apparatus for high viscous flu- ids.Studies in this respect have been made by the Institute of Clothing Technology in recent years. The newly invented Spherical Cavity Mixer is a kind of mixer with high efficiency,low energy consumption,excellent mixing quality and unique structure.It has the function of ex- erting shear,distribution and kneading force to high viscous fluids and applies to the mixing process in plastic,rubber and chemical fiber industry.
