摘要 PTFE微孔滤膜是一种综合性能优异的微孔滤膜,由于它耐高温,极优异的耐腐蚀性和很高的强度,所以广泛地应用于电子、化学化工、仪器仪表、海水淡化等方面。本文介绍了用拉伸法制作PTFE微孔滤膜的原理、设备、工艺,并详细讨论了主要工艺条件对滤膜性能的影响。 Microporous PTFE film is a sort of filtering film of outerstandingly combined properties. Due to its high temperature resistance, extraordinarily corrosive resistance and high strength, the film has found wide applications in electronic industry,chemistry and chemical engineering, apparatus and instruments and desalination of seawater etc. The principle, equipment and technology of microporous PTFE filtering film manufactured by stretch method are introduced and detailed discussions are made on the effects of the major processing data on the film properties.
