摘要
目的 :研究桑黄抗肝纤维化作用及其机理。方法 :用CCl4 诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,检测正常组、模型组和桑黄治疗组大鼠血清酶学、胶原成分及肝组织丙二醛 (MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果 :桑黄能显著降低肝纤维化大鼠血清氨基转移酶水平和胶原含量 ,并可提高SOD活性 ,显著减少血清中的活性氧自由基。结论 :桑黄可诱导提高SOD活性 ,清除氧自由基 ,发挥抗脂质过氧化作用 ,是其抗肝纤维化作用机理之一。
Objective: To study the anti-hepatic fibrosis effect of Phellinus igniarius (PI) on rat liver and its mechanism.Methods: The experimental models of hepatic fibrosis were induced by carbon tetrachloride. Serum and liver samples were analyzed for enzymes activities, collagen, MDA and SOD activities.Results:PI significantly decreased transaminases activities, lowered collagen contents and scavenged the active oxygen free radicals. It also enhanced SOD activities near to normal level.Conclusion:Phellinus igniarius can enhance SOD activities and scavenge the active oxygen free radicals. Anti-lipid peroxidation is one of its mechanisms of anti-hepatic fibrosis.
