加味生脉饮治疗冠心病心绞痛70例

70 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris Treated by Supplemented Shengmai Decoction

探讨加味生脉饮治疗冠心病心绞痛的作用及中药治疗的有效方法。方法 :筛选冠心病心绞痛病例 70例 ,采用加味生脉饮进行治疗 ,观察自身前后症状、心电图指标的变化。结果 :总有效率 85 7% ,其中显效 5 1例 ,有效 9例。治疗后 ,心电图有明显改善。结论

Objectives :To study the functions of supplemented Shengmai decoction on treating angina pectoris(AP) and coronary heart disease(CHD),and to present a effective method of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods :70 patients with CHD and AP were selected and treated by supplemented Shengmai decoction.The changes in symptoms,cardiogram were compared between pre therapy and post therapy. Results :the total effective rate were 86%,in which 73% had profited evidently from the method.And marked improvement in cardiogram were found visibly. Conclusions :supplemented Shengmai decoction was one of more effective prescriptions for CHD and AP treatment.
