摘要
共混型热塑性弹性体是继嵌段型热塑性弹性体之后发展起来的一种新型弹性体,由于它的制造简单,品种多,性能比较优良,因此近年来得到迅速发展,并已获得了工业应用。制造共混型热塑性弹性体的关键之一是动态交联技术,采用不同的动态交联方法,制得的弹性体的性能也有差别,最常采用的是动态硫化交联,制得的共混型热塑性弹性体称为 TPV。本文采用多种弹性体制成了 TPV 增韧聚丙烯(PP),并研究了 TPV 制造工艺(包括橡塑比和硫化剂用量)、弹性含量对增韧效果的影响,还进一步研究了弹性体在共混体系中的分散形态特征和共混试样在拉伸过程的形变特征。
In this paper,the TPV-toughening effects of PP have been studied in the three kinds of TPV having identical PP,but differing in elastomers.The three kinds of TPV were prepared by EPDM,PB and butyl rubber with PP-1300 respectively.We studied the influence of process of dynamic vulcanization of TPV such as ratio of elastomer to plastic as well as con- tent of vulcanizer and the content of TPV on the toughening effects of PP/TPV blends.SEM were investigated to observe the morphology of PP/TPV blends and deformation character of PP/TPV blends in tension.
