摘要
在西药治疗心衰不能控制时 ,加用强心泻肺方治疗难治性心衰 70例 ,治疗 2～ 7天 ,平均 4天见效 ,结果 1 5例 4级心衰治疗后降至 2级 ,1 1例 4级心衰治疗后降至 3级 ,1 8例 3级心衰治疗后降至 1级。 1 8例 3级心衰治疗后降至 2级 ,8例 2级心衰治疗后降至 1级。对治疗重度心衰显效率为 4 7% ,有效率为 5 3%。提示加用强心泻肺方能明显提高治疗难治性心衰的疗效。
When western medicine could not control the heart failure,'Heart Strengthening and Lung Draining Decoction' was used.Seventy cases were treated for 2～7 days.Results showed heart failure dropping from grade Ⅳ to grade Ⅱ in 15 cases,from grade Ⅳ to grade Ⅲ in 11 cases,from grade Ⅲ to grade Ⅰ in 18 cases,from grade Ⅲ to grade Ⅱ in 18 cases,from grade Ⅱ to grade Ⅰ in 8 cases.For the severe heart failure, the marked effective rate was 47% and the effective rate was 53%,indicating that the 'Decoction' could help refractory heart failure.
