三七皂甙对无糖培养引起SK-N-SH细胞损伤的保护作用

Preventing Effects of PNS on SK-N-SH Cell Damage Induced by Glycoprival Culture

采用SK N SH细胞无糖培养方法 ,建立神经细胞能量代谢障碍模型 ,通过细胞学、形态学与脂质过氧化损伤指标的检测 ,观察中药三七皂甙 (PNS)对模型细胞的保护作用。结果 :无糖培养下细胞皱缩、形态不完整 ,用药后细胞形态正常 ,神经细胞存活数增加 ,细胞凋亡率降低 ;细胞脂质过氧化损伤减轻。表明三七皂甙对能量代谢障碍引起的神经细胞损伤有保护作用 ,这一作用可能与其抗脂质过氧化损伤有关。

SK N SH cell glucoprival culture was used to establish the model of energy metabolic disturbance of nerve cells.The cytological and morphological indexes and lipid peroxide were measured to observe the preventing effects of PNS.Results:In glycoprival culture,the cell became wrinkled and incomplete in shape.After administration of PNS,the cell shape restored to normal;nerve cells increased in amount,apoptosis decreased,and lipid peroxide damage lessened.It is revealed that PNS can prevent the damage or nerve cells due to energy metabolic disturbance,which may relate to its function of fighting against lipid peroxidation.
