经前腹入路离断式肾盂成形术26例报告

Anderson-Hynes dismembered pyeloplasty via the anterior extraperitoneal approach (Report of 26 cases)

目的 :探讨经前腹入路肾盂成形术的优点及适应证。方法 :回顾性分析 2 6例小儿肾盂输尿管连接部 (UPJ)梗阻患者作经前腹入路离断式肾盂成形术围手术期的临床指标及疗效。结果 :2 6例患者术中输血量平均 18.4ml,术后 2 4h肾周引流量平均 2 4.6ml,胃肠功能恢复时间平均 2 3.5h。随访 18例 ,肾积水减轻 ,肾功能改善。结论 :对年龄小、形体瘦、腹壁簿、无感染、无并发肾脏及输尿管病变的单纯性UPJ患者 。

Purpose:The advantages and operation indications of Anderson Hynes dismembered pyeloplasty via the anterior extraperitoneal approach were evaluated.Methods:Data of 26 cases 30 sides operations via the anterior extraperitoneal approach were reviewed retrospectively.Results:The amount of blood infusion averaged 18.4 ml, the perirenal drainage amount in the first 24 hours after operation averaged 24.6 ml, and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function averaged 23.5 hours. The follow up of 18 cases displayed hydronephrosis palliated and renal function improved. Conclusions: Anderson Hynes dismembered pyeloplasty via the anterior extraperitoneal approach should be advocated for those young thin simple ureteropelvic junction obstruction patients with thin abdominal wall but infection and renal or ureter malformation.
