肾上腺囊肿的诊断和外科治疗(附22例报告)

Diagnosis and surgical treatment of adrenal cyst (Report of 22 cases)

目的 :探讨肾上腺囊肿的诊断与外科治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析 2 2例肾上腺囊肿的诊断与治疗资料。结果 :2 2例中 ,上皮性囊肿 1例 ,内皮性囊肿 8例 ,假性囊肿 13例 ,均行囊肿切除术。结论 :B超与CT是诊断肾上腺囊肿最可靠的定位诊断方法 ;强调在CT检查中有增强效应的囊肿要作内分泌功能检查 ,对直径 >3cm或有内分泌功能的肾上腺囊肿应进行外科治疗。

Purpose:To present our experience of diagnosis and surgical treatment with adrenal cyst.Methods:22 cases of Adrenal cyst were reviewed and analyzed.Results:All adrenal cysts in this group were excised. Of 22 surgical specimens, one was epithelial cyst, eight endothelial cysts, thirteen pseudocysts.Conclusions:B ultrasound and CT scan are most reliable methods for the location diagnosis of adrenal cyst. It suggests that hormonal evaluation should be performed in case the cyst wall showed enhancement in CT scan. An adrenal cyst larger than 3 cm in diameter or functional cyst should be removed.
