经尿道前列腺气化切割并电切术治疗前列腺增生的体会

Transurethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate

目的 :探讨经尿道前列腺气化切割并电切术治疗前列腺增生 (BPH)的疗效 ,并介绍应用体会。方法 :采用经尿道前列腺气化切割并电切术治疗BPH患者 80例。结果 :手术过程顺利 ,视野清晰 ,出血量少 ,疗效满意 ,未出现严重并发症。结论 :经尿道前列腺气化切割并电切术是一种治疗BPH的安全性高、易掌握、并发症少。

Purpose:To investigate the method and therapeutic efficacy of BPH by using transurethral electrovaporization ablation.Method: 80 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated by using transurethral electrovaporization ablation and the clinical data were analyzed.Result: All patients were operated on smoothly. The endoscopic view was clear and with little bleeding. The followup revealed satisfactory outcome and no serious side effects observed.Conclusion: Transurethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate is the treatment of choice for patients with BPH. This operation style is safe, easy to master, having low occurrence of complications, and having excellent outcomes.
