摘要
目的:进行“乳安”贴剂基质及促渗剂的优化。方法:采用球面对称设计法优化贴剂基质及促渗剂,用改良的Franz扩散池法进行小鼠皮肤体外释药实验,用HPLC方法测定丹参素的含量。结果:O/W型乳剂基质为该贴剂优良基质;促进剂的配比选择月桂氮(艹卓)酮-冰片-丙二醇(1:5.5:5.5)时,丹参素有最大的透皮速度常数。结论:本实验为“乳安”贴剂的研制与开发提供了科学依据。
Objective:To optimize both groundsubstance and permeation enhancer of Ru'an patch . Method; Spherical symmetric design was used for optimum,releasing test of mice's skin was conducted by modified Franz cell in vitro , The content of danshensu was assayed by HPLC. Results; Emulsion(O/W)was a best base, permeation enhancer which was composed of azone-borner born -PE( 1:5.5:5.5), providing a highest transdermal delivery rate. Conclusion: This test provided a scientific base for the study and development of Ru-an patch.
