摘要
目的:测定复方地塞米松滴眼液中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法:用系数倍率法在240nm,255.5nm处不经分离直接测定地塞米松的含量,消除了羟苯乙酯及硫酸新霉素的干扰。结果:地塞米松在5~15μg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998。平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为0.6%。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,适合于医院和药厂对本品的快速检验及质量控制。
Objectives: To establish a method for determination of dexamethasone in dexamethasone phosphate sodium Co. eye drops. Method: Dexamethasone was directly determined without separation at 240nm and 255. 5nm by signal multiplier method . The method could eliminate the interference of ethyl phydroxy benzoate and neomycin sulfate. Result: Dexamethasone presented a good linear relation within a range of 5-15μg·ml-1, r = 0.999 8. The average recovery was 100.6% , RSD = 0.60% . Conclusion : The method is simple , fast and accurate, it is suitable for rapid assay and quality control of this preparation.
