右旋酮洛芬肠溶片治疗闭合性创伤的临床评价

A Randomized controlled Trial of Dexketoprofen Enteric-coated Tablet on Pain Caused by Closed Trama

目的:评价右旋酮洛芬肠溶片治疗闭合性创伤和扭伤引起的疼痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用双盲双模拟随机平行对照临床试验的方法,以酮洛芬片作为对照药。结果:右旋酮洛芬肠溶片组治疗闭合性创伤和四肢扭伤疼痛的有效率为90％,酮洛芬片组的有效率为85％,两组药物的疗效、起效时间与最佳缓解时间均无统计学差异。右旋酮洛芬肠溶片组不良反应发生率为15％,低于酮洛芬片组(35％)。结论:右旋酮洛芬肠溶片治疗闭合性创伤和扭伤引起的疼痛安全、有效。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of dexketoprofen enteric-coated tablet in treatment of closed trama and sprain-indued pains. Methods: Randomized parallel controlled clinical trial with double blind and double modeling method was adopted and ketoprofen tablet was used as comparision. Results: The effective rate in the treated group was 90% and 85 % in the controlled gruop. The therapeutical effect , the beginin time of effect, and the optimal remission time had no significant difference between two gruops. The incidence of ADRs in the treated group was 15% , which was lower than 35% in the controlled group. Conclusion: Dexketoprofen enteric-coated tablet is effective and safe in the treatment of pains induced by closed trama and sprain.
