飞点扫描式准分子激光行角膜原位磨镶术治疗近视的初步探讨

A preliminary study on laser in situ keratomileusis (lasik)for myopia using a scanning-spot ex-cimer system

目的评价飞点扫描式准分子激光系统应用于准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(lasik)治疗近视的疗效。方法用lasik治疗患者126例249只眼,按术前屈光度(球镜等量)为-1.0～-16.0D,平均(-6.45±2.91)D,分3组:Ⅰ组-1.0～-6.0D,Ⅱ组-6.25～-10.0D,Ⅲ组-10.25～-16.0D,对术后超过6个月的患者视力,屈光度,偏中心情况及术后并发症进行随诊分析。结果术后6个月时,3组裸眼视力达0.5以上者,分别为100%,97.2%,95.8%,达1.0以分别为:96.9%,91.5%,77.1%,3组术后屈光度在±1.0D以内者别为:96.1%,94.3%,93.7%,在±0.5D以内者为92.3%,87.3%,81.3%,无严重术后并发症发生。结论使用飞点扫描准分子激光系统的lasik治疗近视的初期临床效果较好,飞点扫描及良好的中心定位功能可能减少手术并发症。

Objective To asses effect of lasik for myopia using a scanning -spot laser.Methods Lasik was performed on249eyes(126patients),ranged from-1.0～-16.0D,a mean spherical equiv-alent of-6.45±2.91D,249eyes were divided into three groups:groupⅠ-1.0～-6.0D,groupⅡ-6.25～-10.0D,groupⅢ-10.25～-16.0D,All the patients had been followed up for6months on visual acu-ity,refractive status,complication and eccentric ablation.Result s At 6months,The rates of un-corrected visual acuity at0.5or better in3groups were100%?97.2%﹑95.8%.The rates of uncorrect-ed visual acuity at1.0or better in3groups were96.9%﹑91.5%﹑77.1%.The rates of refraction in the range of±0.50D in3groups were92.3%﹑87.3%﹑81.3%,The rates of refraction in the range of±1.0D in3groups were96.1%﹑94.3%﹑93.7%,There were no any serious complications after the operation of lasik.Conclusion The results of treatment myopia by using a scanning -spot laser system was satisfaction.The complication was de-creased by using good tracking system
