摘要
目的 :比较三种内固定器械治疗股骨转子间不稳定性骨折临床效果。方法 :63例股骨转子间骨折分别应用滑动加压鹅头钉 (DHS) ,AO角钢板 ,麦氏鹅头钉内固定 ,并作8个月~5年 (平均2 8年)的随访 ,随访56例 ,比较疗效。结果 :DHS最稳定 ,承载量大 ,其次是AO角钢板 ,麦氏鹅头钉最差。结论 :对能耐受手术治疗的股骨转子间不稳定性骨折 ,应首选DHS内固定 。
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of unstable fracture among the femur rotors treated by three kinds of internal fixation device.Methods:63 cases of femur rotor fracture were internally fixed by slip and pressurized goose head nail(DHS),AO angle steel plate,Maxwell goose head nail,56 cases were subjected to follow-up for 8 months to 5 years(average 2.8 years)in The curative effect,were compared.Results:DHS was the most stable,next one was AO angle steel plate,the Maxwell goose head nail was the worst.Conclusion:For unstable fracture among the femur rotors which tolerate operation,when internally fixated,the DHS should be first to choose,AO angle steel plate secondly.
