小浪底水电厂筒阀和油压装置的控制系统

The Control System for Ring Gate and Oil Pressure Unit of Xiaolangdi Hydropower Plant

小浪底水电厂的水头、压力钢管直径以及黄河多泥沙的特点 ,决定了其机组的进水主阀不适宜采用蝴蝶阀和球阀 ,为此采用了一种特殊的进水阀———筒型阀。主要介绍筒阀及其和机组调速器系统共用的油压装置控制系统的构成及控制原理 ,并分析了其中存在的问题。

Factors such as head, diameter of penstock of Xiaolangdi hydropower plant and the much sediment in Yellow River exclude the use of butterfly valve and ball valve at the intake of the power plant, so a special intake valve-ring gate was adopted in the project. An introduction to the structure and principle of control system for the ring gate and oil pressure unit commonly by the ring gate and turbine governor was made in this paper, and the existing problems are also pointed out.
