摘要 通过对市售铸型尼龙(MC尼龙)存在缺点的分析拟定了一种改性铸型尼龙MCN-851应达到的性能指标;采用了胶体技术、偶联技术等先进方法,用减摩剂、憎水剂、活性剂以及G型增强材料等对通常的铸型尼龙进行改性。通过各种配方物的性能测定及实际使用,确定了MCN-851铸型尼龙的具体配方,该尼龙的各种性能基本达到了设计的指标,与未改性的MCN-781铸型尼龙相比,摩擦系数、吸水率有较大下降,磨耗指标有大幅度的改善,并适当提高了材质的硬度,是一种性能优良的铸型尼龙品级。现已批量生产,可代替金属制造轴承、轴套、轴瓦、蜗轮、蜗杆等零部件、具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 Based on the analysis of the existing drawback to the cast nylon available on market, a property index for cast nylon MCN-851 was worked out. By colloidal technique and coupling technique, general cast nylon was modified with friction reducing agent, hydrophobing agent, active agent and G-type reinforced materials. A particular formula for MCN-851 cast nylon was designed after the practical application and the derermianation of the product property of different formulas. The properties of MCN-851 accorded with the index. Compared with unmodified MCN-781 cast nylon, the friction coefficient of MCN-851 decreased significantly, the wear index was improved greatly, as well as the hardness. MCN-851, which was already put into commercial production, had excellent property, could be used or replace metal matvrials in the making of bearing, axle sleeve, rotor, turbine parts and many other components, with good economical and social bonefits.
