摘要 用机械共混方法研制医用TPU/PVC共混材料。通过对原材料选择的结果表明,10种现成商品TPU都不能用来制作医用共混材料。最后用MDI和TY聚酯为原料,合成名为“566—TPU”的聚氨酯基本符合要求。它与PVC有很好的相容性,在TPU/PVC配比为0.5~1.075的范围内,材料弹性明显比用DOP增塑的PVC好,断裂伸长率在400%左右(医用输液PVC塑料的标准为≤200%),ShA>70,其它性能也满足要求,并经毒性检验表明,该材料无毒,可以医用,如制造输液袋和医用管道等。 A TPU/PVC blend for medical use Was prepared by mechanical mixing. It was shown that 1O existing TPU products could not be used as the raw materials for medical blend, but the PU synthesized from MDI and TY polyester, named as 566—TPU, could meet the needs of the blends, and it had good compatibility with PVC. When TPU/PVC ratio was 0.5~1.075, the elasticity of the blend was remarkably better than that of PVC plasticized by DOP, the elongation at break was 400% (the standard for medical infusion PVC is ≥200%), hardness(Sh A)>70, and other properties were also satisfactory for medical use. It was proved by toxicity test that the blend was non—toxic, and it could be used for medical infusion bag and other medical pipes.
