摘要
介绍以纯天然松香衍生物(马来海松酸)代替邻苯二甲酸酐合成改性松香不饱和聚酯,并对其分子量分布、固化特性、耐热性、电性能等进行了研究。结果表明,以两步法所得聚酯的分子量大于一步法的,且分子量分布更为均一;所得聚酯的固化放热效应明显小于通用不饱和聚酯,并在耐热性、绝缘性及吸水性方面均有所改善;当马来海松酸的重量分数为0.3左右时,聚酯的玻璃化温度最高。
The synthesis of unsaturated polyester resin modified by pure rosin derivative(maleopimaric acid) instead of phthalic anhydride was introduced in this paper, and studies of the molecular weight distribution, curing property, heat resistance and electrical property were also made. The results showed that the motecular weight of the polyester by two-step process was greater than that of the product by one-step process, and its distribution was more even; the curing exothermal effect of the polyester was obviously less than that of general unsaturated polyester, and the heat resistance, insulating property and hygroscopicity of the polyester was the maximum when the weight per cent of the maleopimaric acid was about 0.3.
