利用淤积海泥烧制超轻陶粒研究

对淤积海泥的形成过程、矿物组成、颗粒组成及化学成分进行了分析和研究 ,提出了利用淤积海泥烧制超轻陶粒的条件、影响因素和生产方法 ,对烧制出的超轻陶粒进行的性能测试表明 ,各项技术性能达到或超过国家一等品标准 。

The forming process, mineral constituents, size and chemical compositions of seaside silt are analyzed and studdied.And sintering conditions,affecting factors and production method of super light ceramisite with seaside silt are put forward. The performance tests for the product show that every item of technical performance can reach or exceed the first class product of state standard. A new way for production of super light ceramisite is set up.
