摘要
全面研究了聚对/间—苯二甲酸双酚A型聚芳酯的热性能、熔体流变行为和力学性能。结果表明,经过封端和纯化处理的聚芳酯具有很好的热氧化稳定性,玻璃化温度在200℃左右,450℃以前几乎不失重,10%失重温度高于500℃;其熔体粘度很高,但流动性较好,可满足各种热塑性成型加工的要求;(?)n在2~2.5万的产品在170℃下仍有良好的力学性能。
An all—sided study of the thermal property, melt rheological behavior and mechanical properties of poly(p/m—phthalic acid)bisphenol A polyarylate is made. The results show that endblocked and purified polyarlate has excellent thermo—oxidizing stability, Tg temperature is about 200℃, it has no weight loss when temperature is lower than 450℃, and the weight loss is only 100% when temperature is higher than 500℃, it thas a high melt viscosity, yet the flowability is good, it is suitable for various thermoforming processing; the product of the resin, whose Mn is 20000~25000, has good mechanical properties even at 170℃.
