摘要
为了解决酸值较低(10mg KOH/g以下)且色泽较深的高聚物酸值测定时终点判断的困难,研究改用加入NaCl的饱和水溶液,使呈两相体系;并用较易配制、标定且稳定的KOH水溶液代替醇溶液,即可准确测得酸值。此法符合ASTM的有关规定,精度高于部标和国标规定,方法简单易行,便于掌握。
In order to determine the acid value of a high polymer, whose acid value is less than 10 mgKOH/g and the colour changing terminal point is difficult to determine, a new determination method for it is studied. In this determination NaCl saturated aqueous solution is used in the polymer solution to form a two-phase system, and the alcohol kali is replaced by KOH aqueous solution. The KOH aqueous solution is steady, and it is easy to prepare. The determination is simple, easy to make, and it meets the requirements of ASTM, the determination precision is better than that prescribed in HB and GB.
