硬质PVC透明粒料加工中的润滑剂研究

A Study of the Lubricant in the Production of R-PVC Transparent Pellet

用Brabender流变仪研究了硬质PVC透明粒料加工中几种润滑剂的效果,结果表明,内润滑剂ZRN-16和ZB-16优于G-16,而G-16又优于硬脂酸;外润滑剂ZB-74和G-74优于硬脂酸酰胺,而硬脂酸酰胺又优于固体石蜡;ZRN-16与ZB-74组合使用时最大转矩较高,平衡转矩较低,塑化时间和平衡时间缩短,透明性和稳定性均好,是较理想的内外润滑剂体系。

The effects of lubricant in the production of R-PVC transparent pellets were studied by Brabender torque rheometer. The results showed that internal lubricants ZRN-16 and ZB-16 were better than G-16 ,and G-16 was better than stearic acid; external lubricants ZB-74 and G-74 were better than stearic amide, and stearic amide was better than hard paraffin. When ZRN-16 or ZB-16 was used in combination with ZB-74, it was a desirable internal-external lubricant agent for R-PVC transparent pellets production, with a higher maximum torque, lower balance torque and good transparence and stability.
