摘要
用马来酸二丁酯作为接枝单体对聚丙烯进行了熔融接枝改性研究。以自由基机理为基础讨论了共混温度、共混时间和反应物组成等对接枝率的影响。通过测定结晶速率和动态力学损耗的方法研究了接枝对聚丙烯的结晶行为和动态力学性质的影响。
A research on the modification of PP grafted with dibutyl maleate by melt mixing is made. The influence of the reaction temperature and time and the compositon of the reaction mixture on the graft rate has been studied on the basis of free radical mechanism. The effect of grafting on the crystallization and dynamic mechanical properties of PP have also been investigated by the determination of the crystallization rate and dynamic mechanical loss.
