有机硅复合阻燃剂阻燃聚丙烯的研究 被引量:13

摘要 由有机硅橡胶、有机酸盐和金属氢氧化物组成的复合体系对聚丙烯具有很好的阻燃、抑烟、防熔体滴落作用。通过大量实验,找到了具有实际使用价值的最佳配方,其阻燃性能达到美国UL94测试标准V-1和V-0级。这种复合阻燃剂的添加量比常规阻燃剂低得多,因而有效地克服了常规阻燃剂对聚丙烯的物理机械性能和加工性能影响严重的缺点,并且探讨了有机硅复合阻燃体系的阻燃机理。 The silicone-based flame-retardant system for PP, containing metal carboxylate and metal hydroxide, offers PP good flame retardance, lower smokiness and less dripping during the burning. The optimum practical formulation have been found by experiments. The flammability of the PP meets the UL 94 V-1 and V-0 standards. The adding amount of the silicone-based system is less than that of conventional flame-retardants for PP. When well compounded in PP, the silicone-based system offer PP better mechanical properties and proeessabilities. The flame retardant mechanisms of the system have also been discussed in this paper.
