对常用的内热式热流道喷嘴的设计和结构作了叙述。主要内容有:内热式热流道喷嘴的结构,浇口的尺寸与结构设计,内热式喷嘴中各零件的设计原则与结构及各零件的参考尺寸等。
In the die for hot runner injection formation, hot runner injection nozzle is the most basic and common component. This paper presents the design and structure of common internal heated hot runner injection nozzle: the structure of internal heated nozzle, the design of dimension and structure of the gate, the design principle and structure of the part of the internal heated nozzle and the reference data on the part.
