摘要
目的 :探讨p5 3、nm2 3 -H1、CD44v6、P gp、Fas、FasL和MMPs基因表达与肝细胞癌 (HCC)生物学行为的关系。方法 :用酶谱分析和免疫组化技术对HCC组织中p5 3、nm2 3 -H1、CD44v6、P gp、Fas、FasL和MMPs基因表达水平进行了检测。结果 :HCC组织中p5 3、nm2 3 -H1、CD44v6、P gp、Fas、FasL和MMPs基因表达水平与正常组织相比 ,存在显著性差异 ;同时 ,转移组与无转移组也存在显著性差异。结论 :结果提示p5 3、nm2 3 -H1、CD44v6、P gp、Fas。
Objective: To investigate the relationship betwween gene expression of p53,nm23-H1,CD44v6,P gp,Fas,FasL, MMPs and the biological behaviors of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods: The level of gene expression of p53,nm23-H1,CD44v6,P gp,Fas,FasL and MMPs from HCC were measured by using zymography and immmunohistochemistry.Results: The level of gene expression of p53,nm23-H1,CD44v6,P gp,Fas,FasL and MMPs from HCC were apparently different than those of normal tissues;meanwhile,with metastasis markly different non-metastasis.Conclusion: The abnormal expression of p53,nm23-H1,CD44v6,P gp,Fas,FasL and MMPs may play the important roles in development and prognosis of HCC.
