摘要
目的 :高血压是一种发病率高且并发症多的常见病 ,高血压的控制率低是一个世界性的难题。本研究是高血压控制的一种新的模式 ,对全省的高血压病人进行立体的网络化控制。方法 :利用计算机技术研制高血压网络控制系统的软件 ,各项参数均进行窗口分级设计 ,血压、血脂、血糖等各项参数及时登录 ,无限延伸 ,即时生成趋势图 ,直观明了 ,选择性输入 ,便于掌握 ,易于推广。采用点对点传输每个病人的数据、资料 ,速度快、容量大、设备简单 ,可全省普及。结果 :全省的高血压控制实现技术性同步 ,极大的缩小了城乡之间的差距。形成从省城至乡镇的庞大控制网 ,广大基层的高血压病人随时可接受省级专家的诊治 ,基层病人的治疗更加正规化。结论 :把先进的计算机技术与高血压控制有机的结合起来是学科交叉的很好尝试 ,同样可用于其它疾病。
Objective: To develop the controlling network system of hypertension Hypertension is a common disease with high morbidity and more complication The low control rate is a cosmopolitan puzzle The new pattern progress to manage the hypertensive patients stereoscopic networkify Methods: To make use of the technology in computer to develop the software of hypertensive network control system Parameters are designed in form of window ciassification Parameters like as blood pressure?blood fat?blood sugar enter in time and form tendency shape clearly and input selectively It is easy to master and spread It transport data and information of each patient throngh spot to spot quickly and greatly Its equipment is simple It can be universalized in the whole province Results: The control of hypertension in the whole province realized the synchronization in technology The differences between town and country diminished extremely To form the immense control network from provincial capital to villages and towns The hypertensive patients in the basic level make a diagnosis and give treatment normally from provincial specialists Conclusion: It is a good attempt to fall together the advanced computer and the control hypertension organically It apply to other diseases It can be bring enormous economy benefit and society benefit simultaneously
