首发精神分裂症患者精神药物使用调查

Survey on Psychotropic Drug Used in First-episode Schizophrenics

目的 了解首发精神分裂症患者精神药物使用情况。方法 采用回顾性调查研究方法对我院 2 0 0 1年 1～ 6月住院的 2 0 6例首发精神分裂症患者精神药物使用情况进行调查。结果 单一用药到出院者 1 1 4例 ,因用药后疗效不好致换药者2 4例 ,合并用药者 6 8例 ;单一用药频度排列前 4位的是氯氮平、氯丙嗪、舒比利、维思通 ;联用抗胆碱药物者 6 3例。结论 非典型抗精神病药物氯氮平仍是一线抗精神病药物 ,我院对首发精神分裂症患者精神药物使用基本合理 ,但应减少联合用药。

Objective The purpose of the research was to learn the situation of using psychotropic drug in first-episode schizophrenics in our hospital.Methode With retrospective investigation,we survey the situation of using psychotropic drug of 206 first-episode schizophrenics in our hospital from january to june in 2000.Result 114 inpatients used a kind of antipsychotic agent.24 inpatients used other medicine because of unpromising effect.68 inpatients combined two or more antipsychotic agent.The sequence of using a kind of medicine was clozapine,chlorpromazinum,sulpiride,risperidone in turn.63 inpatients used both psychotropic drug and anticholinergic.Conclusion Clozapine,an atypical antipsychotic agent,is still the first to use.The principie of using psyochotropic drug in first-episode schizophrenics in our hospital is right.But we should decrease the chance of using combined medicines.
