家庭教育对精神分裂症康复效果的对照研究

A Controlled Study of the Effects of Family Education on Patients with Schizophrenia in Rehabilitation

目的 研究精神分裂症康复期进行家庭教育的效果。方法 将符合 CCMD-2 -R中精神分裂症诊断标准痊愈或显进出院的精神分裂症患者 ,按住院号末位奇、偶数随机分为研究组和对照组 ,研究组在药物治疗的基础上对其亲属实行家庭教育 ,对照组单纯服药治疗 ,研究期 1年。结果 研究结束时 ,研究组疾病痊愈率 77.78% ,复发率 2 2 .2 2 % ,对照组则分别为 39.5 3%和 6 0 .4 7% ,研究组功能大体评定量表评分 ,服药依从性 ,亲属对精神分裂症相关知识基本了解及 BPRS评分均值明显优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 精神分裂症康复期对其亲属进行家庭教育 ,可巩固治疗效果 ,提高康复质量。

Objective The paper studied the effects of family education on those patients in schizophrenia rehabilitation.Methods The patients with schizophrenia who had been discharged from hospital after recovery or mark effective and been accorded with the CCMD-2-R for schizophrenia,were randomly divided in to 2 groups:Research and control.The reasearch practised family education for the family members based on medicine treatment.while the control depended on medicine simply.It took over 1 year to finish this study.Resalts The recovery rate of the reasearch was 77.78%,and that of the control was 39.53%.The relapse rate of the reasearch was 22.22% and that of the control was 60.47%.Besides,the reasearch showed more obvious on GAF scores and their compliant of medicine was better.Family members of them had a genaral knowleage of schizophrenia.Conclusion To those in the schizophrenia rehabilitation family members could help to strengthen the medicine effects and to increase recovery quality by means of family education.
