医学生情绪障碍及相关研究

The Study of Mood Disorder and Related Factors In Medical Sciences Students.

采用 SDS、SAS和自编《大学生心理卫生状况调查表》。对某一医科大学医学本科生进行情绪障碍调查及相关因素研究。结果发现医学生中抑郁、焦虑发生率较高 ,且随年级升高而增大 ,在抑郁的学生中学习压力大、自尊心伤害、校方不理解 ,随年级的升高而增大 ,并具有显著性差异。同时 ,自尊心伤害与校方不理解之间、朋友少与经济拮据之间明显相关。提示医学生的情绪障碍受学习压力大、自尊心伤害、校方不理解等因素影响 ,医学院校应更多地开展心理卫生工作。

Objective To investigate mood disorder and related factors in college students of one medical university.Method 463 students were investigated by SDS,SAS and the self-compiled scale for investigating college students' psychological health.Result There are high ratio of depression and anxiety in students of medical sciences.In the Depression's students,high studying stress.Self-respect hurting and non-understanding by school authorities rise with the raise of grade.It also has a significant difference between the different grade.Meanwhile,there are abvious relation between the self-respect hurting and school authorities' non-understanding,between the lack of friends and economy.Conclusion Medical sciences students' mood disorder is affected by studying stress.Self-respect hurting and school authorities' non-understanding.Medical college and university should do more work in psychological health.
