摘要 本文介绍了一种加工热收缩管用的新型连续扩张定径套;讨论了泄压口、喉部造型和双层水冷却套的设计依据;并介绍了扩张定径套的内径和加热时间的计算方法。经用相同管径但不同壁厚的聚乙烯管进行扩张试验,表明扩张过程平稳,扩后管的外壁光滑,轴向收缩率不大于3%,壁厚不均勺度小于10%,可用于生产高质量的热收缩管。 This paper describes a new type of fixing diameter sleeve for continuous expansion of the heat—shrinkable tube, and discusses the basis for the design of the pressure relief port, the throat shape and the double--deck water cooling sleeve, and also interprets the calculating method for the inside diameter of the fixing diameter sleeve and heating time. The tests for expanding PE tubes, which have same diameter, but different wall thickness, showed that the expansion process was smooth, the expanded tubes had smooth wall surface, the axial contraction was not greater than 3% and the unevenness of the wall thickness was less than 10%. So this type of fixing diameter sleeve could be used for the production of high—quality heat—shrinkable tubes.
