摘要
在材料线弹性范围内 ,运用屈曲问题的有限单元法 ,采用MSC公司开发的大型结构分析软件NASTRAN ,探讨各种因素对弧形闸门支臂空间极限承载力的影响规律 ,获得了支臂腹杆和弦杆的最佳布置方式。通过实例分析指出 ,支臂杆的截面特性、支臂腹杆的布置方式、弦杆的布置位置、上下支臂的作用荷载及支铰约束等因素对支臂空间极限承载力都有影响 。
Within the range of material linear elasticity, the finite element method of bending problem and the analysis software NASTRAN developed by the MSC company were used to discuss the affecting laws of various factors on the space ultimate bearing capacity of the arm of radial gate. The optimum layout of the web member and chord of the arm was gained. The analysis of actual example showed that the following factors all have impact on the space ultimate bearing capacity of the arm. These factors are the cross section features of arm, layout way of the web member of arm, the position of the chord of arm, the acting load on the upper and lower arm, the articulated joint restraint, etc. The analysis results have certain reference value for the theoretical discussion and actual project design of the stability of the arm of radial gate.
