摘要
根据黄河干流调节性能较好的龙羊峡、刘家峡水库的预报调度规律 ,采用隐随机优化调度方法 ,选用完全多项式和广义线性多项式优化出最优决策规律 ,得到较好的调度效果。对水库群优化调度函数的检验表明 ,考虑龙、刘两水库径流预报函数调度发电量较不考虑效果要好 ,较常规调度发电量增加达 2 3%。
According to the laws of the forecasting and regulation of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs with good regulation performance in the main stream of the Yellow River, the optimum decision law was gained by using the implicit stochastic optimal regulation method and selecting the fully multinomial and the general linear multinomial. So good regulation effectiveness has been reached. The check results of the optimal regulation function of reservoir group showed that the regulation energy output with considering the runoff forecast function of the Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs is more than that without considering such function. In general, it will increase about 2.3% more than the conventional regulation energy output.
