卵巢颗粒细胞瘤24例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 24 cases of ovarian granulosa cell tumor

目的 :探讨卵巢颗粒细胞瘤(GranulosaCellTumor,GCT)的临床诊治经过及其影响预后的相关因素。方法 :回顾性分析24例GCT患者的临床资料 ,总结其临床特点临床分期处理及治疗经过。结果 :根据随访了解5年和10年存活率 ,表明临床期别与预后呈显著相关性。结论 :GCT的临床分期是影响患者存活率的主要因素。

Objective: To explore the factors related to the prognosis of ovarian granulosa cell tumor and its clinical characteristics.Methods:The clinical records and tumor sections of 24 patients with granulosa cell tumors of ovary were reviewed,the clinical characteristics, the clinical stage, and the various treatment and results were summed up.Results:According to the 5-year survival rate and 10-year survival rate,the clinical stage influence the prognosis of ovarian granulosa cell tumor.Conclusion: The clinical stage is the major factor which influences the patients` survial rate.
