极固宁^(TM)治疗漂白牙致牙本质敏感症的临床研究

Clinical study of the treatment of dental hypersensiti veness with a new desensitizer(geeentm)

目的 :探讨对牙齿漂白时使用脱色剂后产生牙本质敏感症的临床治疗效果及疗效观察。方法 :使用极固宁TM涂于敏感牙本质表面 ,用探针、水枪及气枪分别进行 ,检测患牙在治疗后30s、24h、14天的敏感度。结果 :治疗后经上述测试 ,有效率分别为96.08 %、90.20 %、93.14 %;14天检测总有效率为91.18%。结论:极固宁TM对于治疗漂白后产生的牙本质敏感症有较好的疗效 ,特别是对于机械性刺激效果较明显。

Objective:To study the effect of clinical treatment bleaching method on dental hypersensitiveness .Methods: Patients with dental hypersensitiveness were treated with a new desensitizer (GreenTM) to dentin surfaces . The examination was performed after 30 minutes ,with following controls after 24 hour and 14 days.Results: The first case gave 96.08%,90.20%,93.14%, while after 14 days the positive results were 91.18%.Conclusion: This study showed that this new method to treat the dental hypersensitiveness gave positive results.Almost 90% of the treated teeth kept the absence of thermal and mechanical sensitivity reached soon after the treatment.
