摘要
目的 :研究固定义齿连接体的受力情况。方法 :建立下颌后牙固定义齿三维有限元模型 ,设计成5种连接体形式 ,在垂直载荷作用下 ,计算出其应力最大值。结果 :连接体受力与面积成反比 ,面积越大 ,受力越小 ;当面积相等时圆形比椭圆形连接体受力小 ;当两侧连接体面积不等时 ,应力最大值发生在面积较小的一侧 ,且出现应力集中现象。结论 :固定义齿连接体应设计成为园形 ,面积尽可能增大 ,各连接体之间面积大小相等。
Objective:To study the stress on the connector of fixed bridge.Methods: Establishing the three-dimensional finite element model,which designed to five connected styles. And then the maximal stress of each design under vertical load was measured.Results: The stress on connector was positive to connected area.To same area, the stress on rounded connector was bigger than that of elliptic connector. When the connected area of both sides were different, the maximal stress and stress concentration occurred on smaller side.Conclusion: The connector was supposed to design to round, bigger and same area of both sides.
