等离子刀结合选择性神经切断术治疗变应性鼻炎

Coblation channelling and nasal neurtotomy in allergic rhinitis: A report of 34 cases

目的 研究变应性鼻炎伴慢性肥厚性鼻炎治疗方法和效果。方法 对２０００－０３～２０００－０９住院治疗３４例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果３４例患者经等离子刀双下鼻甲粘膜下打孔术加选择性鼻神经切断术治疗后，显效２０例，有效１１例，无效３例，总有效率９１％，术后恢复良好。随访１～１．５年无复发。结论 等离子刀双下鼻甲粘膜下打孔术加选择性鼻神经切断术是治疗变应性鼻炎的有效方法。

Objective To study the treatment and its effect for allergic rhinitis with chronic hyptrophic rhinitis. Methods The clinical data of 34 patients from March, 2000 to September, 2000 were analysed retrospectively. Resulls All 34 patients were performed coblation channl ling under the mucosa of bi-inferior turbinate and nasal neurtotomy. Twenty patients had marked effect, 11 patients had effect, and 3 patients had no effect. Total effective ratio was 91%. Followed up 1 to 1.5 years, nine happened recurr- ence. Conclusion This operation is effective in treating allergic rhinitis.
