流式细胞仪检测非小细胞肺癌中CD_(44)的表达及凋亡细胞峰 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究粘附因子CD44在细胞凋亡中的作用,探讨CD44在非小细胞肺癌发生、发展及转移中的作用。方法 取新鲜NSCLC标本28例,应用流式细胞术测定CD44,同时测定凋亡细胞峰,并与癌旁肺组织进行比较。结果 肿瘤组织和癌旁肺组织CD44的表达分别为:(57.30±3.74)%和(71.40±1.01)%。二者比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。凋亡细胞峰的测定,肿瘤组织为(14.46±2.18)%,癌旁肺组织为(0.75±0.10)%,具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.01)。肺癌组及正常肺组织CD44和凋亡细胞峰的表达均具有相关性(分别为r=0.27,P<0.05和r=0.55,P<0.01)。结论CD44的表达和功能异常时,影响细胞内凋亡相关基因,不能进行正常的诱导凋亡作用,导致细胞过度增生、恶变,可能是肿瘤发生发展和转移的原因之一。 Objecive To study the expression of adhesion molecule CD44 in non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) and determine the role of CD44 in tumor. Methods With flow cytometry ,expression of CD44 and apoptosis cell peak were detected in 28 fresh specimens of NSCLC and normal pulmonary specimens. Results In NSCLC and normal pulmonary specimens ,expression of CD44 were (57.3±3 .74)% and (71.4±1.01)%,apoptosis cell peak were (57.3±3.74)% and (71.4±1.01)% respectively(P<0.01).A good correlation was observed between the expression of CD44 and apoptosis cell peak in NSCLC and normal pulmonary specimens(r=0.27,P<0.05 and r=0.55 ,P<0.01 ). Conclusion The disturbance of expression of CD44 may influence apoptosis and lead to hyperproliferation and malignant change of cells. This would he one of the causes of lung carcinoma.
