摘要
目的 : 探索一种有效降低尖锐湿疣复发率的治疗方法。方法 : 采用δ-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法 (ALA -PDT)联合微波治疗 86例复发性尖锐湿疣患者。结果 : 经一个疗程治疗 5 9例痊愈 ,随访12个月未复发 ,其余 2 7例在治疗后 1~ 5个月内发生不同程度的复发 ,复发率由所选病例的 10 0 %降至31.4 % ;其平均复发周期由原来的 2 7.6 3天延长到 38.2 9天 ,复发病例再用本疗法治疗有效 ,重复治疗 1~ 2个疗程后均达痊愈。结论 : ALA -PDT与微波联合治疗对减少尖锐湿疣复发有一定作用 。
Objectives: To evaluate a new therapy to reduce the recurrent rate of condyloma acuminatum (CA). Method: Eighty six patients of recurrent CA were treated with a new combined therapy of δ aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA PDT) and microwave. Results: Fifty nine cases cured completely without recurrent after a follow up of 12 months, but other 27 cases recurred after 1~5 months of treatment. The recurrent rate reduced from 100% to 31.4% , the recurrence period was prolonged from 27.63 days to 38.29 days. Conclusion: Combination of ALA PDT with microwave can reduce the recurrence rate of CA without causing any side reaction.
