摘要
端粒酶激活与肿瘤发生关系密切。综述了端粒酶与食管癌的发生、诊断、治疗及预后判断等方面的研究现状 。
Activation of telomerase is significantly correlated with carcinogenesis.This paper review the current research situation of the relationship between telomerase and diagnosis,therapy,survival evaluation of oesophageal carcinoma.The shortcoming and the furture clinical application are discussed.
