摘要
以 1 1 4例 2～ 5岁儿童为对象 ,同时取其末梢血和头发 ,测定锌含量。以全血锌值为标准 ,评价头发锌测定的应用价值。结果显示 ,头发锌测定的灵敏度可达 86 1 % ,特异度为5 2 4% ,符合率为 73 7%。
children,aged 2 to 5,had been conducted a survey group.Zn content of the whole blood samples and hair samples from the children was determined.The whole blood Zn content determination taken as the gold standard,the application value of hair Zn content determination was evaluated.The results showed that the sensitivity of hair Zn content determination was 86 1%,specificity was 52 4%,accord rate was 73 7%.
