适合我国国情的DRGs及其统计方法的探讨

目的 :系统探讨目前国内 DRGs(诊断相关组 )的统计方法和意义。方法 :从 DRGs的历史发展 ,我国的现状来论述 DRGs统计方法及其意义。结果 :经过一段时间的发展 ,已经建立起了一些统计方法 ,但各有优缺点 ,应该有针对性的选用。结论 :在我国应该重视和大力发展

Objective:Discuss the current statistical method of DRGs and point out its importance systematically.Methods:Address the importance of exploring DRGs' statistical method from the historical development of DRGs,the current development in our country.Results:We have set up some methods,we need to apple them according to the actual condition.Conclusion:In our country we should pay more attention to the development of DRGs and its according statistical method.
