摘要
文中叙述建设污水处理厂的五大问题:投资与收费、建设与运行、分散与集中、污水与污泥、设备订货与初步设计。在对每个问题分析的基础上,提出解决问题的办法。
This article narrates five problems in the course of constructing sewage treatment plant, such as investment and changing, constructiong and operating, decentralizing and centralizing, sewage and sludge as well as placing an order for equipments and preliminary design. Furthermore, it puts forward methods for solving the problems on the basis of analysing each problem.
