旅客列车德国小蠊对三种杀虫剂的抗药性研究

RESEARCH ON THE RESISTANCE OF GERMAN COCKROACH IN PASSENGER TRAIN TO THE ACTION OF THREE INSECTICIDES.

目的 :旅客列车德国小蠊对三种杀虫剂的抗药性研究。方法 :采用 WH O推荐的测定杀虫剂敏感性的标准方法与现场杀虫效果研究。结果 :德国小蠊对拜虫杀、拜力坦、凯素灵的现场杀来效果较好。杀虫剂的 KT50 值范围为 15′5 4″～ 35′45″,R/ S值范围为 1.0 4～ 2 .3。结论 :旅客列车德国小蠊对常用 3种杀虫剂都已程度不同地产生了抗药性。杀虫剂经复配和加增效剂后 。

Objective:Research on the resistance of german cockroach in passenger train to the action of three insecticides.Methods:The standard method for determining the sensibility of insecticides recommended by WHO,combined with the on-the-apot killing results:Results:The range of KT 50 value of germen cockroach to three of common insecticides is 15′54″～35′45″ and the range of R/S value in 1.04～2.3.The on-the-spot killing results of Responsar Blattanex K-Othrine are better.Conclusion:Germam cockroach in passenger train has the resistance to three of common insecticides in varying degrees.
