摘要
目的 :建立一种快速、简便、灵敏分光光度法测定发样中微量铁。方法 :在表面活性剂 Triton X- 10 0存在下 ,用 2 - (5 -溴 - 2 -吡啶偶氮 ) - 5 -二甲氨基酚 (简称 5 - Br- DMPAP)作显色剂直接光度法测定发样中微量铁。结果 :该方法在 p H4.0的乙酸 -乙酸钠缓冲液中 ,以 746 nm为测定波长 ,可选择性测定发样中微量铁 ,本法线性范围为 0~ 10 μg/ 10 m l,表现摩尔吸光数为 2 .75× 10 4L/ (mol.cm) ,回收率为 98.4%~ 10 1.3%。结论 :该法具有操作快速、简便、结果灵敏可靠等优点 。
Objective:To establish a simple sensitive and stable method of determination of iron in human hair by UV-Spectrophotometry.Methods:For determination of iron in human hair with 5-Br-DMPAP in the presence of surfactant Triton X-100.Results:Iron in human hair can be selectively determined at the wavelength of 746nm in pH4.0,The linearity of test was up to 10μg/10ml.The molar absorption coefficient is 2.75×10 4L/(mol.cm).The recoveries ranged from 98.4%~101.3%.Conclusions:This method is simple,sensitive,rapid and accurate,and suitable for clinical application.
