某区1999～2000年食品和公共场所从业人员健康体检情况分析

THE HEALTH STATUS OF PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE RESTAURANT AND PUBLIC PLACE DURING 1999～2000 IN FUTIAN DISTRICT OF SHENZHEN.

目的 :为全面了解福田区食品和公共场所从业人员的健康体检状况 ,掌握从业人员体检后需要复查的原因 ,从而更好地为“五病”防治及工作制定更有效的预防控制措施。方法 :收集 1999～ 2 0 0 0年来我站预防医学门诊进行健康体检的食品和公共场所从业人员资料进行统计 ,并对复查原因进行分析。结果 :两年体检总人数为 816 2 3人 ,其中上半年明显多于下半年 ,2 0 0 0年多于 1999年 ;需要复查的人数为 45 2 6人 ,检出率为 5 .5 5 % ;复查原因主要为 HBs Ag阳性 ,检出率为5 .0 8% ,占复查人数的 91.6 0 % ,其次为未采血和未透视等疏漏现象 ,占 2 .72 %。结论 :HBs Ag阳性为主要复查原因 。

Objective:To study the health status of people who work in the restaurant and public place and knowledge their reason of reexamination.Therefore,we can make more effective management measures to prevent and control 'five diseases'.Methods:We reviewed the records of people working in the resturant and public place who underwent health examination in our institution between 1999 and 2000 and then analyzed the cause of reexamination.Result:The number of workers who have been checked up is 81623.There are 4526 persons who need reexamintion,the rate is 5.55%. And the main reason is positive HBsAg,the rate is 5.08% and occupying 91.6% of the reexamination.The secondary resaon is some mistakes such as forgetting to sample flood amd join X-ray perspective.Conclusion:Positive HBsAg are main cause of reexamination,but we still can't neglect that mistakes.
