摘要
探讨了镁变性处理对 Si Mn复相耐磨铸钢中硫化物夹杂形态的影响 .研究结果表明 :镁残余含量Mg残 =0 .0 3 9%与 Mg残 /S=1 ,2 1是控制硫化物的形态的临界值 ,而 Si Mn复相耐磨钢硫化物的形态对钢的冲击韧性αK 会产生很大影响 .
The paper investigated the influence of Mg modifications on the sulfides morphology in dual phase wear resistant cast steel . The test shows that Mg remains and the ratio of the Mg s / S =1.21 are the critical values that control the sulfide's form, improving its impact toughness greatly.
