规范化脑电图检查对癫痫诊断的价值

The diagnostic value of standard EEG in epilepsy

目的 探讨一种包括睡眠诱发在内的常用诱发试验、检查时间为 1.5～ 2小时、选择性蝶骨电极描记的“规范化脑电图”对癫痫诊断的价值。方法 对 2 36例癫痫患者先后进行传统的常规脑电图和规范化脑电图检查 ,并分别在常规脑电图和规范化脑电图检查后进行初步诊断和再诊断。结果 规范化脑电图癫痫放电阳性率 (81.36 % )明显高于常规脑电图 (2 9.6 6 % ) ,P<0 .0 0 1;再诊断时癫痫的分型诊断率明显高于初诊时 ,P<0 .0 0 1。结论 “规范化脑电图”检查可明显提高癫痫放电的检出率 。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 'Standard' EEG,which include common induced test with sleeping induce(1.5 to 2.0 h) and choice sphenoidal electrode description in epilepsy.Methods 236 epileptic patients were inspected with routine,standard EEG early and late, and then they were diagnosed primarily and once more.Results The epileptic discharges positive rate(81.36%) of standard EEG was higher than routine EEG (29.66%),(P< 0.001 );and classified rate of epilepsy with standard EEG during again diagnosis was also higher than primary diagnosis(P<0.001).Conclusion 'Standard EEG' may raise the discharge rate of epileptic significantly, and meet the needs of classified diagnosis for majority of epileptics.
