血栓患者抗心磷脂抗体与纤维蛋白原关系

Relationship between anticardiolipin antibodies and fibrinogen in patients with thrombosis

目的 :观察血栓患者抗心磷脂抗体 (ACA)与纤维蛋白原 (Fg)之间的关系。方法 :应用间接ELISA法检测 10 2例血栓患者和 6 0例正常人血清中的ACA水平 ,并同时在生化分析仪上测定Fg含量。结果 :急性心肌梗死、脑梗死、肾病综合征ACA阳性率分别为 38.2 %、33.3%、31.3% ,6 0份正常人血清全呈阴性 (Fg<4 .0g/L)。 35例ACA阳性患者中Fg同时升高的有 12例。结论 :3组血栓患者ACA阳性率均高于正常对照组 ,各种血栓患者 3种Ig类别ACA阳性检出率无显著差异 ,实验组存在一定程度的Fg含量的升高 ,其中尤以ACA阳性者为甚 (P <0 .0 1)。ACA与Fg含量的升高都会加重或加快微血管血栓的形成。

Objective:To observe the relationship between anticardiolipin antibodies (ACAs) and fibrinogen (Fg) in patients with thrombosis. Methods:The levels of ACAs in serum were measured with the indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 102 patients with thrombosis and 60 normal controls, and the levels of Fg were measured with a biochemical analyzer simultaneously. Results:The positive rate of ACAs in patients with acute myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction and nephrotic syndrome was 38.2%, 33.3% and 31.3%, respectively. The 60 serum samples of the controls were all negative (Fg<4.0g/L). Among the 35 ACA positive patients, Fg increased in 12 of them at the same time. Conclusion:The ACA positive rate in patients with thrombosis in the three groups is higher than that in the control group. There are no significant differences in the positive rate of ACAs in three types of Ig. The levels of Fg increase to a certain degree in the experimental groups, especially in patients with ACA positive ( P <0.01). The elevated levels of both ACAs and Fg may aggravate or accelerate the process of microvascular thrombosis.
